SHIPPING POLICY


IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION – PLEASE READ


At Glam D Luxe, all wigs are custom-made to order. Processing time occurs first, and shipping time begins only after processing is complete.


⏳ STEP 1: PROCESSING TIME (BEFORE SHIPPING)


All wigs require 18–25 business days for processing before shipment.


  • Processing includes customization, quality inspection, and order preparation
  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays


Orders will not ship until the processing period is fully completed.


📦 STEP 2: SHIPPING TIME (AFTER PROCESSING IS COMPLETE)


Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped.


  • Shipping takes 1–4 business days AFTER your order ships
  • Shipping time begins only after processing has ended
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships


✍🏽 SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON ALL ORDERS


All orders require signature confirmation upon delivery — no exceptions.


Orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Shipping with Signature Confirmation to ensure secure delivery.


Once the package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping provider. Delivery timelines provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

📮 P.O. Boxes & Mail Forwarding


We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or mail forwarding services.


🔐 Billing & Shipping Address Verification


To prevent fraud, billing and shipping addresses must match.


Orders with address discrepancies may be placed on hold for verification. Glam D Luxe reserves the right to cancel unverified orders for security reasons. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
