At Glam D Luxe Luxury Wigs, we offer professional wig care and lace restoration services exclusively for clients who have purchased their unit from us. To ensure accurate pricing and the highest level of care, a consultation is required before any service is performed.


🔹 Required Wig Service Consultation


All wig services and lace repairs require a Wig Service Consultation prior to booking.

Wig service Consultation: $50

During the consultation: We will

  • Review photos of your unit
  • Assess the overall condition and lace integrity
  • Determine whether lace repair or full lace replacement is required
  • Recommend the appropriate service
  • Provide a final service quote

The $50 consultation fee will be applied toward your final service total.

 

🪡 Lace Repair & Lace Replacement Services


(Consultation Required)


Lace services are available for units experiencing thinning, balding, or torn lace.


Once your unit is received, Glam D Luxe Luxury Wigs will assess the condition of the lace. If the lace is torn or beyond repair, full lace replacement will be required.

 

Important Consultation & Pricing Details:

  • Clients will be contacted after assessment to review service needs
  • The cost of the lace frontal or lace closure is NOT included in base service pricing
  • Lace cost will be added to the final invoice
  • No work will begin until the client approves the updated total

 

Pricing:

  • Minor Lace Repair — Starting at $75
    (Small holes, thinning lace, reinforcement)
  • Lace Replacement / Reconstruction — Starting at $150
    (Balding lace, torn lace, or full lace replacement required)

Final pricing varies based on the extent of damage and the type of lace required.

 

📦 Shipping & Service Policies

  • Clients are responsible for shipping their unit to Glam D Luxe Luxury Wigs
  • All incoming service packages must include signature confirmation, as a signature is required for us to accept delivery
  • Units shipped without signature confirmation may be delayed or refused
  • Return shipping will be invoiced separately or included in the final service total
  • Processing time for wig services is 5–10 business days after the unit is received and signed for
  • Services are available for Glam D Luxe units only
  • All service sales are final
