How long does it take to process my order?
All Glam D Luxe Luxury Wigs are custom-made to order. Please allow 18–25 business days for processing prior to shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Due to the custom nature of our units, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once processing has begun.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders.
Is signature confirmation required?
Yes. Signature confirmation is required for all packages sent by Glam D Luxe Luxury Wigs to ensure safe and successful delivery.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If a delivery attempt is missed, the shipping carrier will provide instructions for redelivery or pickup. Glam D Luxe Luxury Wigs is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missed signature confirmation.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Glam D Luxe Luxury Wigs is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to sanitary reasons and the custom nature of each unit, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
What if my wig arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we may review and assist accordingly.

What type of hair do you sell?
Glam D Luxe Luxury Wigs offers 100% virgin human hair and 100% raw human hair, depending on the unit.
How long will my wig last?
- Virgin hair units: With proper care, can last 2+ years
- Raw hair units: With proper care, can last 5+ years
🔹 Coloring & Styling
Can your virgin hair be colored?
Yes. Our virgin hair units can be colored, toned, and heat styled.
Can your raw hair be colored?
Yes. Our raw hair units can also be colored and toned.
Will coloring affect the lifespan of my wig?
When professionally colored and properly maintained, both virgin and raw hair units can retain their quality for their expected lifespan.

How do I ensure the best fit for my wig?
For the most secure and natural fit, we strongly recommend measuring your head prior to placing your order.

Are your wigs customizable to my head size?
Yes. All Glam D Luxe wigs are custom-made based on the measurements you provide.
🔹 Glueless vs Adhesive Wigs
Are your wigs glueless?
Some units feature glueless lace closures, while frontal and 360 lace units require adhesive. Please review each product description carefully to determine the lace type and application method.
🔹 Wig Maintenance & Services
Do you offer wig maintenance services?
Yes. Wig Maintenance Services are available exclusively for wigs purchased from Glam D Luxe Luxury Wigs.
Do you service wigs purchased elsewhere?
No. We do not service wigs purchased from other vendors.
What if my wig needs lace repair or structural work?
Units requiring lace work or structural repairs must be booked under a Wig Consultation, which is considered a Wig Service. A consultation is required to assess the unit and determine appropriate service and pricing.

Do I need a consultation?
Consultations are required for all wig services and are recommended for clients seeking guidance prior to purchasing a wig.
Is the consultation fee applied toward my purchase?
Yes. A $50 consultation fee is credited toward your wig purchase when you move forward with an order.
