At Glam D Luxe, all wigs are custom-made and created with the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Due to the personal and sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final.


Final Sale Policy


  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges
  • This policy applies to all wigs, including custom and ready-to-ship units


Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Sanitary & Hygiene Notice


For health and safety reasons, wigs cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our facility. This policy is in place to protect all customers and maintain the integrity of our products.


Order Accuracy


Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout, including:


  • Lace type
  • Length
  • Texture
  • Color
  • Cap size


Please ensure all selections are correct prior to placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
